Price guide

    Do you guys think putting out a price guide is better strategy or not giving a price guide, for a property going to auction.... In Victoria, stat of info is required but many other states don't have this requirement.

    No price guide is a big turn-off to many potential buyers. I'd advise you have one, but make sure the agent updates it according to legislation as the auction campaign progresses and pre-auction offers (if any) come in.
