    Hi Guys,

    I would like to know what's the average price for building a double storey house in South west Sydney.

    Land size approx 300 sqm

    Looking for below inclusions -

    2.7m ceiling
    900mm appliances
    40mm stone bench tops
    Single garage
    Ducted Aircon
    fly screens and blinds to Windows

    Anywhere between $1400-1700 per square metre. That is a wide span but it varies greatly from builder to builder and if you are happy with builders range items or wish to have something nicer

    Look at display houses similar to what you want.
    The price quoted will be for basic inclusions, but will give you an idea.

    I'd say you're looking at a turnkey build around $350,000? This would usually include some foundation reinforcement, landscaping, fencing, etc.
