WHERE I should look to buy PPOR

    constraints:
    north of the river
    not more than $500K
    minimum 3 br
    some garden/outdoor
    possibly no strata
possibly close to beach (no hills...)
possibly less than 30km from CBD, or close to train

postcodes that seem (in my inexperienced view) within constraints:
    6025
    6023
    6019
    6018

    what are your thoughts?
any suburb to avoid? or any of them much better than others?

not afraid of reno, if overall price is within budget

im just looking for suburbs to really focus on, and keep searching with some future economics in mind

    thanks in advance

by the way, this forum is awesome!

    Go on realestate.com.au
    Enter your filters
    Search
Compare apples with apples in surrounding suburbs and sold prices to give you an idea of current market value
Once you have found something you think matches what you are looking for and at a reasonable price share it with the PC community and gain some insight and another opinion to add to your knowledge before you proceed.

Yeah I would have thought there's heaps of options, and/or you would have some more personal preferences given its a PPOR.

Are you a recent WA resident?

423m2 big house in the $500s seems cheap. Trolling for offers?

They might be looking for the high end of the 500 perhaps? The southern fence is somewhat misplaced in the land boundary, a much better garden could be obtained with a bit of work (guessing 30k?). Garage is also funny because behind the roller door there is a little area with table and chairs, I guess they just did a quick surface fix to sell it higher

Gibson Avenue isn't too good nor too bad huh? Maybe it will get better with time
