    Hey everyone looking for some feedback...

    Looking to upgrade my ppor currently live in the western suburbs and looking to spend around 1/1.1 million, don’t feel comfortable spending that amount in the West and looking for a new lifestyle change... have been looking at quality large family homes around montmorency/eltham/ st Helena that suit my budget... what are your opinions of these area maybe from people who know the area much better than what I do.

    Montmorency seems to be lovely suburb, with great cafe culture and suronded by decent schools with decent acess to city... I would of never thought id struggle to buy a nice home for 1 million when I was younger but this seems to be the case as I’m priced out of areas such as Pascoe vale/ strathmore heights ect...

    Used to live in Monty - was great - very "country feel".

    Challenge in both places is finding flat ground (esp Eltham)
