potential PPOR w Granny flat- servicing?

    One for the brokers- are there any lenders that would take into consideration for PPOR servicing the potential income from a GF that is already on the property?
    If so do any of the major lenders have this policy at present?

    On the assumption that the GF can be separately let legally on a separate lease, I expect most lenders will allow the rental
