    A bit of houso and ex houso in that area. But it is improving. A few knock down rebuilds have happened.

    If you buy east of Cumberland Highway that's where the big money houses and huge blocks are.

    Have a look at street view. Right in the middle of a houso area. My guess is not very friendly neighbors time to leave at any cost.

    Check the meter box for bypass wiring - it may be a grow house.

    Used to live in a housing area they all look the same. Also alot of the houses in the street have no property data no records of ever being sold or rented. The house you listed sold for $529k last year.
