@Westminter - I can’t remember who first posted this site. Sold earlier this year with 8x2bed approval but they built 4x3bed and now complete. That was quick. 130 Edward Street, Osborne Park, WA 6017

Asking $550k plus. Doesn't really look like high class product to me. The cheapest landscaping they could find? Disappointing they didn't try and hide the services on the driveway a little better.

Yes and possibly the worst, most boring facadein the street. A mature flowering plum or feature tree may have helped

Firstly good on them for using a light coloured roof in a very hot climate during summer.

However, white pavers are going to stain nicely unless sealed, and it's going to need a decent tree there to provide some shade. Hope that tree grows fast...

Not a fan of the boxy elevation. The problem with narrow frontages is that you only have (at least in this case), 2-3 m to work with once the garage is in there. They could have used a nice feature garage door to improve the elevation, but instead it's a standard steel one.

    Best of luck to them.

That front facade is horrendous. Five shades of grey and what looks like a laundry window as your front entrance...

Hi brainstrust, what are your thoughts on this? Has anyone lived around this part of maylands?
6/6 Joseph Street, Maylands, WA 6051

It's close to city and amenities, although I feel the area is pretty built up already so supply could be a limiting factor of growth over the long term. However, 3 stories and 3 bedrooms! Seems reasonably priced considering its had a bit of work done to it.

Theres another one in the same complex but isnt as nice - 4/6 Joseph Street, Maylands, WA 6051

Keen to get your perspective on it.

    TIA

Property is selling in Perth. This unit has an under offer sticker in the window.
It doesn't look any better in real life either

Yes some property is definitely moving. I noticed some of the other units in that street started to move a few months back. Some houses I’ve been watching in other suburbs in $800,000 plus bracket seem to be moving quite fast too.
