Besides price (almost double), what's the difference between the weber baby q (1200) and the q family?

Think it's just size and the trolley it mounts on.....I didn't do a whole lot of research though. Just liked the size/design of the family version so grabbed it. It's less portable than the baby q.

    Cheers

Another issues i have with the public BBQs, which i didnt mention, is that you cant control the heat to them.

    Well..

Looking for something that is going to fit in the boot of my car easily and is quick and easy to setup (pop up?).

Any brand or type that spring to mind?

Bought a Weber Baby Q (1200) and WOW was i impressed!

Did a roast chicken in it yesterday arvo, was amazing. Can see myself having HEAPS of fun with it!

Dont think i will be able to go back to my big regular BBQ, or even my oven!

Cooked a BBQ at a friends home on a Weber.
Lacked heat, had to cook with the lid permanently down.
We purchased a ziggy and brown for our caravan, couldn't fault this BBQ
