VIC Pocket in Kew for a young family

    Hey PC,

    My daughter is looking at this triangle pocket of Kew, north-east of the junction (between High St, Princess St and Earl St) for a young family of 3. Mainly due to proximity to the city and affordability.

    Budget is around $1.5-1.7m. Criteria are anything with land, 3 bedroom and near a primary school.

    Can anyone with experience provide some insights on the area? Any street to avoid or buy in for example.

    Proximity to the city and affordability? Isn't it one of the most expensive areas for that distance away from the city?

    I worded that quite badly. I meant as compare to surrounding areas of the East/South-East, where blocks are bigger.

    If you can find a place for that price with a decent block of land, ANYWHERE is pretty much fine in the suburb
