QLD PM recommendations in Sunshine Coast

    Hi everyone!

    I am looking for a good local PM to manage a property in the Caloundra area.

    Prefer a smaller property management dedicated firm with good communication and systems in place. Not overly concerned with fees as priority is on excellent service.

    Any recommendations welcome!

    Sunshine Coast Property Rentals. I won't say that it will all be smooth sailing as so much depends upon the specific property manager you end up with. When I've had problems I've always found the current supervisor (of my specific PM) to be excellent in resolving matters and in doing so she coaches the PM (as you'd expect).

    I have a couple of my rental properties through image property. Highly recommend!
    I love their online owners portal where you can track everything easily.
