PM recommendations in Secret Harbour, WA

Hi Everyone,

Looking for a reliable property manager for an investment property in Secret Harbour, WA. Property is currently self-managed (not mine I might add!) and causing a lot of headaches. Lease is up soon so looking to find new tenants and the time is right for a PM to take over.

While I'm at it, are there any viable reasons why management fees are so damn high in the Perth/SouthWest WA region? Fees nudging 9-10% are not uncommon, as well as lots of extras like a fee for conducting periodic inspections etc. From what I've seen its not like they're providing a superior service when you compare it to other parts of Australia. Or is it just as unexplainable as why beer costs so much more over here?
