PM Recommendation Quakers Hill NSW

Time for a PM change.

Any recommendations around the Quakers Hill area?

 

Not sure if they stretch to Quakers Hill, but Kerrie, and Tracey at Laing & Simmons in Kings Langley, are probably the best property managers i've come across. Absolutely on top of everything. They do some of ours in Blacktown, and also at North Parramatta.

Many many years ago (Somersoft era) you recommended Tracey and Kerrie as property managers to us. We found them great but Kerrie is now at Laing and Simmons at Norwest and is on maternity leave. L+S in our view have recently dropped the ball on lots of things lately (late payment of strata fees leading to penalties etc, listings without photos by mistake and not rectified for 9 days) and so we are looking for a new PM. Do you know anyone decent in the North Parra area?
