    I've used a few over the years but I use L&S at Wenty for my property near Merrylands now.

    I use bestreal estate at wentworthville for my properties in Girraween and doonside. They are alright too.

    I get really good rates with a PM that actually is in Merrylands which means he can check the property more often and constantly gets approached by people for rentals in the area.
