PM in Sydney Inner West Suburbs

    Looking for a good PM in Sydney Inner West Suburbs.
    It's a Meriton complex with property management in the complex. Some of the rentals are managed by the Meriton PM, some by external PM agencies.
    I wonder whether there is a benefit to use the in-house Meriton PM who sits in the building 6 days a week and can responds to issues faster.

    Any thoughts are appreciated.
