    HI All,

    I am currently looking for a property manager in epping. The property i am looking to lease is a 3 bedroom house. Can i please have some recommendations of how to choose a property manager and what are the questions to ask before making a decision.

    Actually i have the following question as well. the IP that i brought is due to settle in January. the aim is to lease it as soon as settlement is done. have anyone requested early access to their IP before settlement to organise inspections?
