PM fees in Nth Melb Vic area?

    just wondering, helping out a friend, I thought fees in inner city were about 6-7% with 1week letting fee, and free advertising,

    whats the going rate in the area, ive asked 2 agents, and the lowest so far is 1.5 week letting fee with a $400 advertising fee
