    Looking into this file and it mentioned

    Permit requirement for the construction or extension of one dwelling on a lot

    500 square metres

    What does this part mean?
    e.g. I am looking at a 1400sqm lot, zoned NRZ2, does this mean I have no choice but can only subdivide this into 2 townhouses, cuz 500sqm requirement applies?
