    Ambitious secret plan to create Sydney's Silicon Valley

    Redfern makes sense because of good transport links, abundant space for redevelopment around he carriageworks area, proximity to Sydney CBD and proximity to Sydney university and student housing (redevelopment of the Block)

    They have tried that with ATP for years. All the GoT is media companies go there, Channel 7 and the likes.

    Its always going to be a solid area regardless of whether it becomes a tech centre... unis nearby, great train station that practically goes almost everywhere in the Sydney network, walk to city... what's not to like?

    I actually don't think traffic is that bad..... it might actually be better than the suburbs.....
