    Hi forumites,

    My husband and I are currently pie in the sky-ing considering our next move- hypothetically we could "trade-in" our 2 bedroom apartment in art-deco Woollahra for a 2 bedroom (one story) terrace in Prahran.

    Ignoring the obvious points on costs of selling and buying and the logistics of moving in the short, medium and long term, which would you expect to perform better?
