    Greetings friends,

    Hope we are all well.

How do we all feel about Pet Bonds and how much is the standard charge for one?

Thank you all for recommendations in advance.

Unlawful in most states and situations I believe.

    Thank you for that.

Although I believe if you and the tenant agree it can be done?

Correct me if I am wrong please.!

Answer is very likely no, but worth checking - which state is the property in?

It might be technically allowed if your rent is more than $350/week? Because of that exception. I'm not full bottle on it off the top of my head so maybe some victorian PMs can clarify.

Bond is negotiable there so you could ask for a little more bond. Doesn't necessarily mean you'll find a tenant who wants to pay it.

Wouldn't call it a pet bond though if you want to stay out of trouble.
