Pest Inspections - Termites Only, or all pests?

    I was thinking about this the other day, When you get a pest inspection the focus seems to be on termites, but has anyone actually had a pest inspector inform them of problems with other pests like roaches, spiders, mice, rats, snakes or even possums?

    Just termites and borers for me. The others can be dealt with simply as and when they arise.
