Pest Control- Who's responsibility?

    Hi Ray,
    thanks four your posting!
    Another issue apart from the 'pest control' that I would certainly want to look at, is the potential conflict of interest in managing your property. When did they declare that the property Manager ?
    What other decisions have they made with a potential conflict of interest?

    Thanks for all your responses. I have indeed considered changing PMs but one of my concerns is that the state of the property now will be used by the new PM as the starting point as it is nowhere near the condition that it was in at the start of the tenancy.

    They should hand over the entry condition report to cover that.

    Thanks. I don't like to be confrontational but I just don't feel and haven't for awhile that the current PMs have my best interests at heart even though I'm the one paying them.

    You won't even need to confront them, just find another PM (preferably one that comes recommended by others) and they will handle the changeover completely - you'll never have to speak to your current PM again.
