Perth's housing market is still lagging behind — and it will take more than a rate cut to fix things

    Corelogic also showing a monthly increase as is SQM Research data. I still stick to my previous comments that I believe we have now seen the bottom of the Perth market. With the economy improving on the back of greater mining investment and general consumer confidence, lower vacancy rates, increased rental prices and increased population growth which is trending up PLUS another rate cut or two.. Perth could see a quick upswing once people start realising the value that's on offer.
