Perth vs Adelaide For <450k?

    Hi guys,

    After a tumultuous journey I think I’ve narrowed my search down to either Perth or Adelaide given I am after:

    - Freestanding 3+bedroom house with 450sqm+ land
    - $425-$450 Per Week in rent ideally resulting in neutral cash flow
    - Future capital growth prospects (there’s comfort in land vs buying an apartment in this respect also)

    Wondering if anyone has any further insight into these two cities and if I am actually embarking on an achievable quest?

    Perth is discussed at length in many threads and posts.
    Under $450k bargains are fast disappearing

    Both have good short, medium and long term prospects IMO. Probably better cashflow opportunities in Perth, but when I look at the major projects in each of the 2 cities I like Adelaide's more.

    They are both good and have different pros and cons.
