    If stock keeps shrinking we will see further rises

    What’s driving this market???? Low interest rate environment, grants/stimulus. Its cheaper to buy than rent, FHB market.

    If you decide to jump in ......look at buying in FHB market, less risk.


    I am super bullish on Perth market

    Also iron ore prices are soaring and WA budget is in surplus ...happy days
