Let's subdivide it and each has a street front view. I'll let you choose which block first. Helps our serviceability. ;)

Yes my son’s employer had plenty of positive news at the beginning of this year, started employment process late last year. They went outside there usual requirements and employed my son and another person at a younger age age then any previous years. They had a huge intake of training to get ready for upswing in a year and beyond. I wish I was on their news thread of updates. There is a further uptake this year in preparation for employment and training early next year.

My friend just purchased in Perth, downgrading. She said after missing out on two properties she offered $5000 more than asking price to secure it. A neighbouring suburb to Morley.

Graphically very interesting, but not very surprising:
    Perth $470,300 June 2020
    Perth $470,952 June 2007

Perth is due for a major up-cycle, but will this current uplift be significant?

My friends are currently looking for a rental in the 350-450/wk range*. Said he sometimes sees a rental add and online in that price range and in 30 minutes its gone because they already had that much interest.

    **Northern suburbs
    3x2 or 4x2 house.
