    Hello
Good morning. Any conveyancing service in Perth I can get who will help a smsf buy 4 to 8 sites.

    All in one go!

I would be seeking smsf legal advice first to ensure that the proposed acquiistion is permitted and also fits with the fund investment strategy. The actual conveyance should then follow the advice

Do not use a covneyancer for this!. You should get the trustee to use a SMSF specialist lawyer that also does conveyancing as there are a number of legal issues

Try DBA Lawyers or Sladens. You won't get the lowest cost with these however.

@thokkotu I'm not sure my property lawyer will be able to advise on SMSF matters cautioned by terry and Paul but once you've ensured you have the correct advice then this is my property lawyer who does my transactions Welcome to MDH Legal

DBA / Sladens are two I would also recommend like Terry. DBA are a full smsf focus firm. Sladens have a smsf team. Its is a complex area involving specialised knowledge and experience so while it may seem exy if they indicate the hourly fee the total time may not (or may) be significant it would be money well spent to avoid a dire and costly mess.

Use a lesser cost firm for the conveyance.
