    I'm sure everyone knows that building inspection reports are not all equal when it comes to quality and thoroughness. I was nearly burnt by this with my last building inspector...

    Can anyone here recommend a thorough and reliable building inspector in Perth, who you were pleased with and picked up what was wrong with the property?
