Not doing great, my weight is up :confused:but measurement stays so maybe I'll just book DEXA again to see if there's changes in my body composition or something

With all of the metal in my leg it's more like an anchor.

Coming in quite late to the party as I've been putting this thread off.... I'm not in the right headspace food and exercise wise at the moment and I can make a million excuses as to why but that won't fix things. Just need to get my arse into gear.

Anyway, just checking in and will be posting about my amazing exercise adventures and weight loss! :D

    Still sick :(

Think it's laryngitis. It's. Just. Not. Going. Away!

My clients have been laughing at me and I've been texting and emailing mostly. Nothing I can do but wait it out. Currently also really busy with work and am due to jet off to QLD a week from today for a friends wedding. To say I'm stressed is an understatement, which I'm sure doesn't help me anymore either. *sigh*

Oh no!! Hope you mend up well. A few years back I was unable to walk and drive for 6 months with an impressively broken ankle.

    Look after yourself :)

Just can't win. I started group PT, 2 sessions a week. Got to week 3, got massive pain in my lower leg the morning after PT. 4 days in hospital... MRI shows L4/5 impingement on a nerve.

Today is Wednesday. Don't forget to record your data.
When you add Weight, please don't add KG at the end. Just the number in kg is enough. Same goes for width and cm.

Been riding in NZ with my mates. No weiggh in, but feeling like normal weight, but with a huge boost in aerobic capacity.

We have battled headwinds, cold, snow and the worst has been sleet wind/rain making us pretty cold.

We ride for adventure. This certainly was one. Until next time NZ!

Just updated 2 entries with a backdated one and one as of this morning - currently sitting at 68.6kg which isn't awesome but better than what it was.

I went hiking on the weekend and have also been to the gym a few times and last week helped my husband with some shop fitting and put in a solid 14hr very physical day so feeling pretty good.

I'm flat out at the moment but trying to make myself an equal priority with my work.

    Yes. Came through.
You are green in this chart. Good drop in weight. Hovering your mouse will pop-up a small window with more information about your own week.

Thickness of the line indicates the waist size.

Let me know if anyone wants any explanation of the visualisation.

Don't forget... tomorrow is the measuring day.

Weight Watch seem to be having lost its momentum. Should I not bother with this anymore?

It's still in the back of my mind. Weight my self yesterday but didn't lodge it o_O
Been feeling a bit horrible lately, in a sense of feeling almost jet lagged in the morning and mainly weekends.

Still keen have just been flat out of late. I weigh myself every day so updated the spreadsheet - need to buy a tape measure though.

Withdrawn - can't lose any more weight.
Been very stable within a 1kg range for the past 6 months.
Got diet and training dialed in now after decades of trial and error.
Feedback tells me that slow progress is the way to go, for long term results and permanent body adaption.
8 week, 12 week, 3 month body transformations do more harm than good in the long run, don't fall for the marketing.

I'd like to keep going or restart another 30 days or whatever.
Is it rude and spoilt of me to request the bmi chart that was used in the last challenge? I really liked it.

I have a lot of respect to all of you who have lost weight.

But, judging by the avatars, @Simon Hampel has lost heaps. Perhaps it's all the bike riding- but the new slimline model looks really good. Congratulations on a great job.

I went to compare with the avatar on Somersoft but that avatar has been replaced with the new one. Oh well. Google image search gives the answers.
