    We got a notice in the mail that they re going to start site testing for the light rail route and people will be digging up small holes in the road or footpaths.
    The prefered route will be announced in early 2017. Construction late 2018

    How does moving out the people in the social housing, building 20 story unit blocks and giving them right of return going to stop the cycle of crime and poverty with a 70/30 split public /private? Has this worked out well in the past.
