    The Sept 2016 Australian Property magazine has it as increasing 22.1% over the last 12 months.
    I wouldn't necessarily agree.

    Hm... no problem, at least few more is and will be opened in Park Ridge.

    Woolworths and Park Rodge Shopping malls for example.

    Maybe Myers has internal issues ?

    They are closing in Orange as well, Orange has a lot of trendy people with money.
