    Hi All,

    Just wondering if anyone knows the ruling on Paramatta/ Cumberland council subdivision. We have 600 sqm ( 15 x 40 block size) corner block with existing home at the front of the land. We want to subdivide and sell off the existing home before we build a new home at the rear. Anyone that can shed some light we would value their input. Thanks in advance
