    Hey guys,

    I'm currently doing some research on Parafield Gardens, and found this property:

    It says $500 a week rent. What is it about this property that allows it to be rented out for so much?

    Is it related to the Airfield nearby?

    Should be obvious from the floor plan, its got a 2nd kitchen and bathroom and that section is probably rented out separately or sublet.

    Also, just because they advertised at $500pw doesn't mean they achieved it.

    Ahh Ok.. I didn't really take notice of the 2nd Kitchen...

    Thought it was just a standard 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 garage house..
