    Hi All,
Need to decide internal paint colour. Was thinking of trying Hog Bristle 1/4 strength.
Have previously only used it half strength external . Love the colour but not sure if it is fresh enough for internal.
I want light and bright and my other choice is the usual suspect ...Antique White USA .
Anybody have photos of internal hog bristle ?
    Cheers :)

Patsy, if you look on the other paint colour thread where you posted about Hogs Bristle, you'll see some photos of @larrylarry 's house internal 1/4 strength. Also, Queenslander thread - @Tim86 .
Then I hope you can post some photos too? Would love b to see external HB.

I used hog bristle 1/4 right through my Brisbane IP. It's pretty light for a warm white. Varies a lot based on surrounding shades and colours.

My queenslander reno thread is all 1/2 strength hogs bristle internal. Covered well over a similar colour that was already there, which is why I chose it

Hog Bristle is a nice colour for internal painting. I also like anything in the light green sector, as well as light blue. Very calming and relaxing colours.

I love Linseed, used it for my investment property and just painted my parents house that colour. I ask for 1/2 strength from Bunnings. I feel it gives a sophisticated vibe. Also got the colour idea from one of Cherie Barbars articles

I have attached a dodgy photo I had of the colour

That's 1/4 hog bristle on walls and 1/8 on ceilings and cornice and hand rails

I was going to use Hogs Bristle 1/2 on my IP until which was a mixture of 5/6 colours throughout. I held up a few samples and to my surprise it was already hogs bristle full which was way too dark. I was going to go with 1/4 strength but Antique White is so similar and pretinted at Bunnings I went with it.

@PatsyStone my IP1 in Carrington is painted like this: What paint colour scheme do you use in your IP?

I think I would do the same for IP2 but might alter the strength, depending on the amount of light that comes through.

Went with Antique White it's always right and natural white gloss trim.
Still love Hogs Bristle . Think it could look perfect in a heritage style property.
