   Guys Paddington seems like a great area, for many reasons. However if noticed a number of houses have some kind of heritage classification. To me whilst they look nice they also look prime for redevelopment and will not last for ever.
   
   Can anyone advise what these restrictions are and how this may impact investment returns?
