NSW Owner/Occupier Property Growth - should it be considered?

    I think I’ve had this discussion with you before actually

    Doncaster is a very nice suburb. Probably one of Melbourne’s best. But if I’m gonna pay Doncaster money I don’t wanna live near houso!

    Let’s put it this way, I'd rather live in somewhere like Matthews Hill, which is a gorgeous part of a not-that-fancy suburb, than live near housos in, say, Ascot Vale/Flemington which are much more upmarket but filled with houso. But that’s just me!

    Edit: Houso style detached homes have all mostly been transferred into private hands. I’m not really talking about these, I’m more talking about the complexes, walk up units and big towers.

    Further edit: Must be nice to have no job and get to live in one of Melbourne’s most prestige suburbs for practically free...
