Thinking about buying a three bedroom townhouse in Allegra in Throsby: Allegro - Tempo Collective - A Masterpiece for all speeds of life, Throsby ACT 2914 - Other for Sale | Allhomes I know the risks with off the plan... but the market in Canberra is going nuts! Looking at 3 bedroom townhouse on the end of the block - very large basement garage (3 cars). Thoughts?

Is this to live in? It will be nice and new, but I think you can buy something older and in condition closer to the city centre if youre buying a townhouse
and yes the market in CBR is nuts. I keep getting outbid on the places I like, but I think its slowly starting to cool.
