Other SQM Costs??

    Hey hoo members!

    I've read on SS and also on PC the same threads over and over..

    What's the price per SQM for construction? Well, we know it's around $1600

    HOWEVER

    What I have no idea of, when it comes to averages is our other expenses?

    SQM/ Meter / pricing for

    -concrete driveways
    -landscaping
    -fencing/
    -turf
    -demolishion
    -retaining wall averages
    -etc

    Anyone have a any idea?

    Get yourself a copy of Rawlinson Cost Guide or the Cordells equivalent.
