    Can you please provide your recommendation on a reliable property manager in Orange NSW preferably if you had personal experience with.

    and rate guide as I know this varies quite a bit depending on the area.

    Don't go with Williams Machin, they're hopeless. Communication is virtually non-existent between both Landlord and Tenant.

    All regional s are not as good as large cities IMO, but Orange has a few decent ones, some are horror stories and would not let them look after a plastic dog kennel.
