    Basically one needs to demolish and build to make it worthwhile. Not sure how possible a boarding house approval can be obtained given the nature of this block - being embedded. Neighbours objections? Maybe a preliminary touching base with local council? Location wise this is perfect. Also, how is multi-dwelling parking space being handled? Anyway, not an obvious yay or nay decision. What about approval is not obtained? Is the current dwelling an attraction rental property?
