    There is absolutely no indication that paper transactions will no longer be accepted.

    Last I heard NSW has 1 July 2019 as the date by which all transfers, mortgages and discharges must be lodged electronically.

    In WA, "Transactions involving self-represented parties and parties who are ineligible to become subscribers in PEXA will also be exempt", and I assume that the same will apply in NSW (although I haven't found any written confirmation of that yet which is why I raised the query).
