‘Mum sold me a unit I couldn’t afford’

im sure this is click bait to a certain extent, but funny as,

wants people to pay for it so she can get her $60k deposit back

what makes this extra messy is that the real estate agent is her mum

Ms Sarreal advised her daughter — whose full name is Bridie Marie Sarreal Campbell — to take no financial or legal advice about it.
Sort of certifies that this strategy is one sided profitable --the other one is led up the garden path and the gate slammed shut--.

I guess it depends on the way it was said and intent
    if mother had said
"dont worry darling, you dont need financial advice, theyre all crooks, ill show you how to buy it"

    vs

"do not talk to any financial advisors/lawyers, and dont believe a word they say, dont worry, this property will triple in value in 5 years"

she sounds like a typical entitled kid so I wouldnt trust a word she is saying
