NSW Nyko approved projects ???

    Hi everyone. This is my first time on this forum. I am keen to buy my first investment property and I'm looking to start off in a low risk place, where risk of vacancy is low. I got onto Nyko approved projects. They supposedly specialist in finding property for investors which are valued at the bank valuation rate. This was though iSelect and iBuyNew.
    Anyone have any experience with them or is it more bull!!

    Are these buyers agents or sales agents?

    If they are being paid by the vendor, then they really are sales agents.

    Hang around the forums, read up on the various strategies, read books and educate yourself before signing up.

    If you need help with purchasing, then hire a Buyers agent who will work for you for a fee. Check out REBAA

    Thanks heaps for the advise. I'm not sure what they actual do. That's why put it out there to see if anyone had any experience with them.

    If a service/product provider cant provide clarity on their proposition, you have ZERO or at best little certainty of getting the outcome you want.

    This assumes of course, you know what you want, which would put you into rare air.

    They claim to provide advise as to the where it might be good yo buy. They suggest that they negotiate with developers so as to offer property at banl valued rates. Again if anyone has had dealings with them it would help me to know your experiences. Good or bad?

    Well im trying to find an investment property and dont have much time to look around. I need something which is neutrally geared and in an area which has low vacancy rates

    With such an open ended criteria, you wont have any issues finding "something"

    So we can help guide you, what does neutrally geared mean to you - means diff things to diff people

    This mob is a buying agent... just seeing if anyone had any experience with them . .. i want something which can attract a tennent who's rent would cover my repayment. Basically i dont want to pay to much out of my own pocket to cover the mortgage ..
    Hope that makes sense

    They are an agent, paid by the developer. Not very independent at all.
