    Have you considered a shift from the hospital sector to say construction? On-site nurse/occupational on a major construction or civil project? Site allowances, 6 day week, plenty of overtime

    People are saying prices went up and going up again :) All our properties are in Melbourne, and in all honesty, other than our 1BR aprtment in Prahran, everything else we have has definitely not crashed - slowed maybe, but I doubt any would call it a crash.

    It's a double edged sword as it makes getting into the Melb market pretty hard in many subs.
