I am subdividing into 2 lots and building inner city townhouses.
    If I can choose between:

    15 and 15a
    or
    13 and 15
    or
    1/15 and 2/15

    which should I pick?

It's a high density suburb with a lot of apartments. I think people buying a high end property will want a whole number. But is 13 really unlucky? What will be best for resale value?

Hoodoo voodoo and superstition have no place in sane rational financial decisions

Just call it number 88 instead

    13 & 15.
If you're unsure then get a ouija board and check what the spirits think.
