I heard that NSW Low Rise Medium Density Housing got approval in July 2020 after being deferred for 2 years.

Have someone initiated building either manor houses or terraces? How much is this build costing?

I was curious about this myself, saw a 700m2 block with 12m frontage and was wondering if the rules are now applicable.
Under previous rules duplex wouldnt be allowed but the new proposed rules stated minimum 12m frontage.
