    Hi there:

    Am just wondering if there is any expert here, who has got info on zones and overlays applicable for Whitehorse council.

    Am currently looking at a property that is under NRZ3/SLO9. Land size is around 700 sqm.

    Does this mean the land can never be sub-divided to build 2 dwellings?

    Am bit new to these things. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Best ring up the council and set up a meeting with a TP or someone?

    Thanks. Looks like the SLO (Special Landscape Overlay) is a bummer, if there is an established tree within the perimeter!!
