    What? Do they only sell **** properties??

    Next thing you will tell me is that, when they are letting properties, their signs say TOI LET :)

    Actually check out Turkey Beach near Gladstone for interesting waterfront real estate.

    not a re agent, this is a builder they sell land and house packages, from experience they may not have secured a block either. It's about selling their product. So they reel you in then they will present land choices/what is available in the subdivision

    Nah, I prefer Fannie Bay in Darwin for waterfront (and sunsets).

    Yes beautiful spot. Almost as nice as Yorkey's Knob. But seriously there are bargains at Turkey Beach.
