    Do you know if REIQ actually do anything about it? I've seen it a few times and feel like telling the agent what for.. One I enquired about actually turned off her phone in the days leading up to the first open home because she didn't want to deal with all the phone calls.

    I assume the negotiations end up being a bidding war over the phone to get the sale.. I can't see how they would get a good sale price when its a 'one offer only' scenario..
