    Nearly $4m each but nowhere near as good as the St Leonard's sell off where they made $7.4m each :cool:

    earmarked for 8 storeys last time i checked - but dont think planning will come into affect any time soon. It will be a shame if these two sites get developed and these 3 owners are stuck by themselves.
